Refunds and Returns
If there are any issues with your order, we will work to make it right for you. We strive for you to have a great experience. If you are dissatisfied with, or no longer want the delivery service, then you may cancel your subscription. Once you have canceled your subscription, you will no longer be charged, beginning with the next month. You will continue to receive deliveries until your subscription cancellation takes effect. Example: Customer is charged on June 20 then on June 22 decides to cancel their subscription. The customer would not be refunded for the June 20th charge, but would no longer be charged starting the following month. The customer would receive their July deliveries (paid for in June) then deliveries would stop due to the canceled subscription. There are no refunds for or returns of the products that are delivered or for the subscription service, but the subscription can be canceled anytime and we will work to correct any issues.
